Billing is due at the end of the month; BT Homes takes 5 business days to send reports and coordinate payment with its customers.
BT Homes is responsible for implementing the coverage with each platform, monitoring and repairing or purchasing the damaged product or space.
BT Homes has a team available 24/7, 365 days a year. Depending on the volume of bookings and the specific needs of each property, we will perform cleaning after each guest's departure. If a property is unoccupied for 14 days, BT Homes will carry out additional cleanings for proper maintenance.
When a property is listed, an inventory check is performed for each space to ensure our team can conduct inventory control at every checkout. Once the check is complete, we proceed to close each reservation.
You can do this without any problem; it's one of the strengths of this business model. As long as we don't have any reservations, you can request in advance that the necessary dates be blocked for your use. BT Homes will only charge the corresponding post-check-out cleaning fee to leave the property in optimal condition for our next guests.
A longer minimum stay requirement allows us to achieve 100% occupancy. During the off-season, our revenue manager will analyze cases where modifying this minimum stay would improve our owners' net profit.
